I don't wanna refund

Resolved: 1 mo th returned items didn't pick up yet
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Poor customer service.
It's disappointing. In a month of waiting for delivery man to pick up my return, they gave me 3 new returns label.
Thats it. Never solve the problem.

Unwanted refund

Hi, I made an order over a month ago for NIS 1170, the order was supposed to arrive a week and a half ago, I tried to contact you in every possible way and there is no answer anywhere, I also applied on Instagram and got no help, Not only did I not receive the order which is very important to me and I was waiting for it because the order includes a Purim costume for my children, my children are very disappointed because they do not have a costume for Purim, you also asked to return the package and give me credit.
How do you do such a thing??? I am so disappointed! I have never received such disappointing service

The price of the product is 40, for example, and when you put it in the cart, it becomes 70. What is this disgusting act? Why do you deceive customers and the coupon code does not work? What is this nonsense?
A coupon code for 30% of an amount of 4000 deducts 80 shekels. What is this deception? What is this lie? The Shein application is a very ugly finger.
